Getting Fit With Revolt #RevoltNowFit

Well here I am with another attempt to get fit and healthy. I really have good hopes this time with hubby on board with me. I was given the opportunity to the Revolt program so far it looks great, although eating a lot which for me seems taunting. But I am going to do it and see where I am in 6 weeks.

Many of you know over the last 5 months I have been in bed with my back and/or kidney issues since right around Thanksgiving. So needless to say I became a bit fluffier then I prefer. I got an OK from my doctor to start exercising again just nothing to overly strenuous. I looked in to a few different programs and then found Revolt and since they have 3 different levels I the first level is perfect to get be started back in shape and can change it as I am able to. He also said the meal plan is good to for me to use, just gotta make sure I drink some milk with the high potassium foods to keep that under control. Since I already know what they are I am good to go.

So there you have it what I currently look like that I try to hide behind big sweatshirts and sweats. Ok now that I know what others see I am even more motivated to fix this. First work out went pretty smoothly considering I have a huge sinus headache from the high winds we have here today, the movement didn’t do to well with my head but I stuck it out and feel great.
